Refund methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method: card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA or Multibanco. Depending on your bank, funds appear within 1–7 business days after processing.
Partial refunds
Products returned with missing accessories or visible use may qualify for a partial refund reflecting the diminished value.
Defective products
If a product is defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days. We cover shipping both ways and issue a full refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without cost within 60 minutes of purchase. After dispatch, follow the return process.
