These Terms & Conditions govern the use of arabescoregio.pt and the purchase of products from ARABESCORÉGIO - UNIPESSOAL LIMITADA, NIPC 519410564, registered at Praceta Adelaide Cabete, 2 Apt 3B, Torre da Marinha, Arrentela, 2840-407 Seixal, Portugal (incorporated on 26 June 2026). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Contract
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability or pricing errors.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR, USD or GBP based on the selected currency. All EU prices include VAT at the Portuguese standard rate of 23% unless otherwise stated. Payment is charged upon order confirmation.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without reason. Return shipping is covered by us — see the Return Policy.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty from the invoice date, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 84/2021.
6. Liability
Our liability for consumer contracts is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual property
All content on arabescoregio.pt is the property of ARABESCORÉGIO - UNIPESSOAL LIMITADA or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumer disputes may also be submitted to the Portuguese consumer arbitration centres (Centros de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo).
