Every product sold by ARABESCORÉGIO - UNIPESSOAL LIMITADA carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty from the invoice date, in accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects (materials, workmanship)
- Component failures under normal use
- Non-conformity with the product description
What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear (cosmetic aging, patina)
- Damage from unauthorized repairs
How to claim
Contact support@arabescoregio.pt with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video. We reply within one business day and cover shipping in both directions for valid claims.
Remedy
At our option we will repair, replace or refund the defective product. If none is possible within a reasonable time, we issue a full refund.
