You can return any product bought from ARABESCORÉGIO - UNIPESSOAL LIMITADA (NIPC 519410564) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. EU shipping labels are free.
How to return
- Email support@arabescoregio.pt with your order number and reason.
- Within 24 hours we send you a prepaid CTT / DHL return label.
- Repackage the product (original box preferred) and drop it at any pick-up point.
- Once received, we inspect the item and issue a refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Screen protectors and sanitary items cannot be returned once opened.
